Who we are

Precision Tint & Auto Accessories is a family-owned shop at 524 Fort Riley Blvd, Manhattan, KS. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it. We do not sell your information.

Booking and quote forms

When you book online, we collect your name, phone number, email (if you give one), your vehicle, the work you picked, and your appointment time. The home and business tint estimate collects your name, phone, email (optional), address, window sizes, and any notes. With either form we also keep your IP address and browser type so we can trace fake bookings.

We use this to schedule and do the work, and to contact you about it:

• We text you a confirmation, a reminder the day before your appointment, and updates about your job, sent through Twilio.
• If you give an email, we send a booking confirmation and a pickup notice through Resend. We only send offers by email if you check the box asking for them.
• Our team gets a notification about each new booking or estimate request.
• Your details are stored in our booking system, which runs on Cloudflare (D1 database).

Chat assistant

The chat bubble on this site is an AI assistant that can answer questions, quote, and book. What you type is sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to write the replies, and the conversation is saved in our booking system. If the assistant cannot answer, it passes your question, first name, and phone number to our team through Telegram, and we text you the answer. If you book through chat, the booking is handled the same way as the booking form above.

Spam protection

Our booking and estimate forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots. It checks your browser, not your identity, and does not track you across other sites.

Hosting and other services

Cloudflare hosts this website. The map on our contact page is from Google Maps, and the tint preview page loads a third-party visualizer. Those services may see your visit when you open those pages. Photos of finished work may be posted to our Facebook page.

Your browser saves your language choice and an unfinished home tint estimate on your own device so you do not lose them. We do not use advertising trackers.
